PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED ASPARAGUS
Hate asparagus? Ya..I thought I did too. But wrapping it in prosciutto and tossing it on the grill will have even the pickiest eaters begging for more. This crunch salty savoring dish is a great way to sneak some vegetables into your meal. It also works great as an appetizer because it cooks quicker than most other recipes.
Prosciutto
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Wrap asparagus in prosciutto slices.
In pan or foil combine one part extra virgin olive oil and one part balsamic vinegar.
Coat wrapped asparagus with extra virgin olive oil/balsamic vinegar by rolling in pan or foil.
Toss on grill turning frequently.
Asparagus is done when prosciutto is bowned on all sides.
Serve immediately!
