Squash Kabobs
SQUASH KABOBS
If you enjoy sautéed summer squash, but are grilling out, give this recipe a try. These kabobs are a great way to include vegetables into your grilled meals.

Ingredients:

Yellow squash
Zucchini
Extra virgin olive oil
Rosemary
Oregano

Cooking tools:

Skewers
Knife
Cutting board
Pan or foil

How to cook:

If you are cooking with charcoal and the grill isn’t already started, get it started before prep.

Cut the yellow squash and zucchini into slices.

Assemble kabobs alternating between yellow squash and zucchini.

Pour extra virgin olive oil in pan or foil and roll kabobs in oil until coated.

Sprinkle kabobs with rosemary and oregano.

Grill kabobs evenly on all sides until squash and zucchini is slightly soft to the touch.
