REAL GRILLED CHEESE
You are probably thinking “Wow, grilled cheese.. not so original.” But let me tell you, if you haven’t tried grilled cheese prepared like this, you’ve never really had grilled cheese. The difference is in the details. Give it a try and you will see what I mean! This recipe goes great with hot tomato soup.
Mild cheddar cheese slices
Grated parmesan cheese
Butter
Bread
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Sprinkle the buttered side of bread with the grated parmesan cheese.
Assemble the sandwiches with buttered sides of bread facing outward and two slices each of provolone and cheddar cheese.
Grill until cheese melts.
Serve while still hot!

If you are cooking with charcoal and the grill isn’t already started, get it started before prep.Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
