PINEAPPLE DESSERT
Grilling pineapple brings out more of the sour taste in the fruit. Combine the pineapple flavor with ice cream and you have the perfect sweet and sour dessert for a hot summer night.
Praline pecan or vanilla yogurt/ice cream
Carmel sauce
Knife
Cutting board
Plate/cup
Slice pineapple and toss on grill.
Flip after five to ten minutes depending on how hot your grill is. Pineapple is ready to be flipped when grill marks are visible.
Allow to cook for five to ten minutes on opposite side.
Take off grill and put a scoop of yogurt or ice cream on top of the pineapple.Top off desert with caramel sauce.

How to cook:
If you are cooking with charcoal and the grill isn’t already started, get it started before prep.Slice pineapple and toss on grill.
