Grilled Ham Sandwich
GRILLED HAM SANDWICH
If you are sick of hamburgers and hot dogs, but it’s a perfect day to grill out, try this recipe. Grilling ham really brings out more flavor in the meat. Adding that flavor to a burger bun and provolone cheese is enough to make taste buds dance. This is a great way to switch up grilling night away from the traditional cheeseburger.

Ingredients:

Hamburger buns
Ham sliced deli style
Provolone cheese
BBQ sauce
Yellow onion (optional)
2 tablespoons butter (optional)
Brats (optional)

If you are cooking with charcoal and the grill isn’t already started, get it started before prep.

If you would like to top your sandwich with sautéed onions, cut your onion into slices so that it creates rings.
