Green Beans and Red Onion
GREEN BEANS AND RED ONION
Green beans and red onion are a go to side for fancy restaurants. Try this version on your grill and impress all of your guests.

Ingredients:

Green beans
Red onion
Garlic

Cooking tools:

Foil
Knife
Cutting board

How to cook:

If you are cooking with charcoal and the grilll isn’t already started, get it started before prep.

Slice each onion into ring like slices.

Top with butter and toss on grill.

Flip when butter melts.

Remove onion from grill and give it a rough chop.

Chop garlic.

Make a foil boat and place green beans, onion, and chopped garlic in it. Top with chunks of butter.

Cover foil boat with foil and toss on grill.

Green beans are done when they start to feel soft to the touch.
