CINNAMON SWEET POTATOES
Sweet potatoes are actually very health, but I love them because they taste a lot better than normal potatoes! The marshmallows and cinnamon in this recipe play up the sweet flavor in the potatoes making them the perfect side dish for any fall meal. These potatoes take longer to cook than most recipes so be sure to give them plenty of time on the grill.
Mini marshmallows
Cinnamon
Cutting board
Foil
Slice each potato in half lengthwise.
Wrap each piece of potato with foil with the flesh side up.
Toss on the grill and flip over after ten minutes.
Continue flipping every ten minutes until potatoes begin to feel slightly soft.
Potatoes are done when they feel slightly soft to the touch.
Take potatoes off grill and make a shallow slice lengthwise in each piece of potato.
Stuff mini marshmallows in the shallow slices of the potatoes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Serve!
