CARAMEL APPLE PIE BITES
Mmmmm….there is nothing like hot apple pie right out of the oven…except maybe these caramel apple pie bites on the grill. These tasty dessert bites have the same great taste of fresh bakes apples only each apple slice is wrapped in a flaky cinnamon sugar biscuit with freshly melted caramel. Did I mention how much faster it is to make these compared to traditional apple pie?
Apples
Tube biscuits/rolls
Cinnamon
Sugar
Cutting board
Foil
Slice apples into seven or eight slices.
Sprinkle desired amount of cinnamon and sugar on plate or foil.
Coat both sides of biscuit dough with the cinnamon and sugar.
Wrap one piece of apple and one caramel in each cinnamon sugar dough slices.
Wrap each apple pie bite with foil.
Toss on grill.
Flip when caramel starts to melt.
Apple pie bites are done when the dough begins to feel firm to the touch.
Serve immediately.

How to cook:
If you are cooking with charcoal and the grill isn’t already started, get it started before prep.Slice apples into seven or eight slices.
